Hello! I live and breathe the creative process and I also advocate/facilitate it as a workshop presenter, author, and speaker.

My creative endeavors include being an abstract artist, writer, soon-to-be published author (not self-published), belly dancing and Zumba enthusiast, and drumming nut.

I'm also The Expressive Arts Coach at www.TheExpressiveArtsCoach.com and Founder and CEO of the Global Network of Expressive Arts Facilitators www.ExpressiveArtsFacilitators.com. In addition, I'm a mama, alternative health devotee, and into personal development.
